Jeannette Alden Estruth is an assistant professor of history at Santa Clara University and a faculty associate at the Harvard University Berkman-Klein Center for Internet and Society. Her writing has appeared in Urban History, IEEE The Annals of the History of Computing, California History, the Business History Review, and The Drift, among others. She is currently completing a book on social movements and ideological formation in twentieth-century Silicon Valley.
