Carlton is an undergraduate at Williams College, where he is pursuing a double major BA in comparative literature and biology, with concentrations in neuroscience and cognitive science.
At the Rachel Carson Center, Carlton helps the Editorial and Communications team publish Springs: The Rachel Carson Center Review and maintains the library. You can find him at the front desk greeting visitors and guiding newcomers.
Carlton joined the RCC in May 2026.
