Carlton is an undergraduate at Williams College, where he is pursuing a double major BA in comparative literature and biology, with concentrations in neuroscience and cognitive science. He is interested in perception, embodied cognition, and environmental literature.
At the Rachel Carson Center, Carlton maintains the library and helps the Editorial and Communications team publish Springs: The Rachel Carson Center Review. You can find him at the front desk greeting visitors and guiding newcomers.
Carlton joined the RCC in May 2026.
