The RCC maintains strong relationships with alumni fellows through its Society of Fellows. All former Carson fellows are members of the Society of Fellows.
The RCC Society of Fellows (formerly the Alumni Association) has been in existence since summer 2011. Alumni fellow Sophia Kalantzakos is the current president and Robert Gioielli the current vice president. The president and vice president are supported by an executive committee, made up of alumni fellows who represent both different disciplines and regions of the world.
The Society of Fellows plans events around the world for alumni fellows and is also developing resources that will help RCC fellows past and present stay connected to the center.
Mission Statement
The RCC Society of Fellows fosters global connections and collaborations within the RCC and increases the impact and visibility of the RCC, its Society of Fellows, and the environmental humanities worldwide.
