About the organizers:

Supported by MSCL, they are a group of PhD students developing an exhibition to introduce the captivating world of fermentation and reveal its potential to improve planetary health. They plan to feature an array of posters, videos, and fermented foods in an exhibiton at the Deutsches Museum in June and July with the goal to cultivate curiosity around this topic and to inspire visitors to take action towards a healthier planet.
