Lunchtime Colloquium Series

Thursdays, 12:15–13:30 (during the semester)

The Lunchtime Colloquium series consists of 45–minute presentations. The talks are based on the presenter’s own research and aimed at a non-specialist audience. Each talk is followed by a question and answer session lasting around 30 minutes. This session allows audience members to seek clarification, request further information, or challenge the speaker’s argument. The Q&A is a lively and entertaining way of engaging with experts and their academic research.

All talks are completely free and open to the public. The talks may be of interest to undergraduate and graduate students in Munich, or to anyone with an interest in environmental issues.

For the current program, centered on “Thinking, Imagining, Building Future Environments,” please check out our Calendar of Events and see the attached flyer with the full line-up below. The series is organized by the chair of environmental humanities.
