03.06.2025 16:30 – 17:45
Location: Rachel Carson Center, fourth floor, Conference Room, Leopoldstr. 11a, 80802 Munich, Germany
Moderator: Susanne Unger
This Tuesday, Kathrin Schlup, senior project manager at sanu future learning, will join us for the Tuesday Discussion with a talk on “Diplomacy of the Living: Practical Approaches to More-Than-Human Politics.” In her talk, Schlup will introduce her research in process design and present current examples of how other-than-human entities can be invited to our societal and administrative processes by practicing a posthumanist diplomacy. As a geographer, Schlup is used to combining natural and social science perspectives to search for answers to human challenges. Her experience stems from management positions in administration, companies, and NGOs; from designing and moderating participation processes; and from teaching sustainability, leadership, and storytelling in management courses.
The Tuesday Discussions are free and open to the public.
