Location: Rachel Carson Center, fourth floor, Conference Room, Leopoldstr. 11a, 80802 Munich, Germany

Moderator: Anna-Maria Walter

This Tuesday, Julia Bayer (MovingMountains) will join us for the Tuesday Discussion. A co-founder of MovingMountains, she will introduce us to her company’s approach to team coaching and leadership development in combination with hiking in nature. The following questions will guide her discussion: How does personal development serve as a base for regenerative team culture? How can deep interpersonal connections support healthy work relationships? How can systemic business coaching and hiking support social change?

Julia Bayer obtained a PhD in social anthropology and intercultural communication from LMU Munich. While conducting research in media diversity and representation theory, she has taught anthropological filmmaking for almost 15 years and offered classes in the master’s program Visual Anthropology at LMU. Julia has received training as a systemic business coach and nature coach. She is also active in community building, foodsharing, and participates in a housing cooperative. Her field of interest today centers around regenerative living and leadership.

The Tuesday Discussions are free and open to the public.
