Tuesday Discussion with Falko Blumenthal (IG Metall/ Ecological Transformation Initiative)

This Tuesday, political secretary Falko Blumenthal of the industrial union IG Metall will join us to discuss the efforts and initiatives of the German metalworkers’ union to help bring about socio-ecological change in the sphere of production. Blumenthal is a project officer of IG Metall Munich where he is in charge of the information and communication technology and the high technology industries. Before joining IGM, he served as education officer at the German Federation of Trade Workers (DGB) in Düsseldorf and as vice president of the International Young Naturefriends (IYNF) in Prague.
