This week’s Tuesday Discussion will bring together two students of the RCC's Environmental Studies Certificate Program—Snata Chakraborty and Nick Loth—with Prof. Dr. Bart Elmore (Sustainability Institute, Ohio State University, US) to discuss the future of food. Bart Elmore is the author of the award-winning book Seed Money: Monsanto's Past and Our Food Future (2021).
