RCC Director Christof Mauch will talk about his new book Paradise Blues: Reisen in die Natur und Geschichte der USA (2022), which narrates of aspects of environmental degradation in relation to eight iconographic places in the US: Alaska, Malibu, Memphis, St. Thomas, Dodge City, Niagara, Disneyland, and Portland.
The event is moderated by Dr. Meike Zwingenberger, director of the Stiftung Bayerisches Amerikahaus.
