Tuesday Discussion with Tobias Beetz, David Kaiser, and Lennard Riedel (Communitree)

This week Lennard Riedel, Tobias Beetz and David Kaiser, founders of Communitree, will present their work as green app developers to us. Communitree is a virtual tree planting app developed in collaboration with Dr. Matthias Stephan, Head of Technology@Siemens DataVisions for all university members to protect the climate. The app is based on group work and the team’s vision is that - starting with the LMU community and later on involving all universities in Germany - people will use the communitree app in order to offset their CO2 emissions and nudge climate-friendly behavior among their university communities.
