Tuesday Discussion with Tizian Unkauf (Olytopia)

27.04.2021 16:15  – 17:15

This week, Tizian Unkauf will introduce us to the sustainability project OLYTOPIA for the Olympic Village in Munich. The village was constructed for the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich and was used to house the athletes during the games. Since then it has mainly gained popularity through it's unique architecture. The former female area is now used as student housing, and together with residents OLYTOPIA wants to turn the village into a sustainable housing and living area through workshops, activities in situ and online events. Tizian will give insights into their projects and current activities.

The discussion will be broadcast live from the Rachel Carson Center (RCC). To join the zoom discussion, please register in advance via this link.

There will be the opportunity for those interested to engage in a zoom discussion with the speaker after the talk.
