Tuesday Discussion with environmental artists Lea Grebe (Munich Academy of Arts) and Miriam Salamander (University of Applied Sciences Munich)

21.05.2019 16:15  – 17:15

Location: Rachel Carson Center, Leopoldstr. 11a, 4th Floor, Room 415 (conference room)

This week, two young, award-winning environmental artists, Lea Grebe and Miriam Salamander, will introduce and discuss their work with us. Lea Grebe casts insects in bronze as she grapples with the question of extinction, while Miriam Salamander, a highly acclaimed painter, challenges us to ask what the meaning of nature and landscapes might be. The event is open to the public.

Refreshments and cake will be served. All are welcome.
