Tuesday Discussion with Katharina Habersbrunner (WECF and Münchner Initiative Nachhaltigkeit)

17.12.2019 16:15  – 17:15

Location: Rachel Carson Center, Leopoldstr. 11a, 4th Floor, Room 415 (conference room)

This week, mathematician and rating analyst Katharina Habersbrunner will introduce us to her work as head of climate and energy at the non-governmental organization "Women Engage for a Common Future" (WECF). The WECF is an international network of more than 100 women's environmental and health organizations that implements projects in more than 50 countries and works for a healthy environment. Her interest is to increase women's influence in political decision-making processes. She will also talk about how she integrates her work into local contexts, for example into the Münchner Initiative Nachhaltigkeit (MIN).

The discussion will take place in the 4th-floor conference room.

Tea and cake will be served. All are welcome.
