Please join us for a lunchtime discussion with James Brainard, the long-time mayor of Carmel, Indiana, and member of the Presidential Task Force on Climate Preparedness and Resilience along with other state, local, and tribal leaders.

Mayor Brainard will launch the discussion in brief introductory comments on the measures of environmental protection undertaken by the City of Carmel under his leadership. Afterwards, discussants will have the opportunity to engage in an intensive debate on the precise options and measurements available to local government and business stakeholders in efforts towards climate and environment protection.
