This Tuesday, Sven-Patric Klameth (Bavarian Administration of Palaces, Gardens and Lakes) will join us for the Tuesday Discussion with a talk on “Sustainable Projects in Historic Gardens: Schlosspark Nymphenburg.” The Bavarian Administration of Palaces, Gardens and Lakes is one of the largest public authorities responsible for museums in Germany, managing palaces, castles, and residences as well as 32 historic gardens. These historic gardens are important testimonies to our history and culture and are indispensable places of encounter and recreation. In this talk, Nymphenburg Park will be used as an example to illustrate the sustainable projects that the Bavarian Palace Administration is carrying out to preserve the park for future generations as part of climate and biodiversity protection efforts.

The Tuesday Discussions are free and open to the public.
