Green Visions Film Series

13.01.2026 18:30  – 21:00

Location: Einstein 28, Bildungszentrum der MVHS, Einsteinstr. 28, 81675 Munich

Director: Lisa Eder, GER 2021, 89 min., OV with German subtitles

“Let nature be nature” is the philosophy of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Despite massive resistance, this vision has become a pioneering model. Since humankind does not interfere with nature here, a once-commercial forest has now become a jungle, a unique ecosystem, and a biodiversity refuge. People from all around the world travel here. They seek answers to why we need more wild nature and want to learn from it—seeking to preserve forests for future generations in times of climate change.

A discussion with Ursula Schuster (director Bavarian Forest national park) will follow the screening.

The original version of the film will be shown with German subtitles. The discussion will be held in German.

Free and open to the public.

Reservation required: Please call 089 / 48 00 66-239 or register online.
