What do the categories ''doctoral,'' ''post-doctoral,'' and ''senior scholars'' mean?
These categories are listed in the call as a rough guideline for the amount of funding that a scholar can expect. Anyone enrolled in a doctoral degree program, about to complete a doctoral degree, or finished with their doctorate may apply for our program. We are accepting applications from all levels of scholars in these categories. A mid-career scholar will receive funding based on amount of time since doctoral degree was awarded, i.e. if the scholar received their doctorate in 2006, they will receive a stipend of 1,000 Euros. If the scholar received their doctorate in 2010, they will receive a stipend of 750 Euros.
