Are we expected/allowed to work on the farm?
The Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten are run by professionals in each field (butchery, bakery, cheese production, etc.)—while there may be opportunities for fellows to attend demonstrations, they will not be expected or even allowed to work on the farm.
