Is there a deposit for damages on the rooms? What happens if I break something?
There is not a deposit for damages on the room. If something is broken, the fellow should tell the house manager right away and make arrangements to replace the item. Fellows are required to take out a third-party private liability insurance policy (Haftpflichtversicherung) for their stay. More information on this topic can be found in our insurance FAQS.
