Kata Beilin Awarded Choice Outstanding Academic Title

RCC fellow Kata Beilin has been awarded a 2017 Choice Outstanding Academic Title for In Search of an Alternative Biopolitics: Anti-bullfighting, Animality, and the Environment in Contemporary Spain.
Beilin's book pushes us to rethink our understanding of human and nonhuman entanglements and examines how these relationships condition national biopolitics.
