RCC Graduates and Students Receive Awards

Congratulations to Tim Aevermann, Elena Torres Ruiz, and Yolanda Lopez

At the 7th Munich Hochschultage on 17 June, RCC doctoral program graduate Tim Aevermann received the sustainability award (Nachhaltigkeitspreis) for his dissertation on the monetary assessment of urban ecosystem services in Schlosspark Nymphenburg, Munich.

Elena Torres Ruiz (current doctoral student) has received a Fulbright fellowship, a fellowship at German Historical Institute in Washington, DC, and the Spevack Award for Transatlantic Research, all in support of her doctoral research.

Yolanda Lopez (current doctoral student) is currently a research scholar at the International Institute for Applied System Analysis in Laxenburg, Austria, as an awardee of the Young Scientists Summer Program.
