Essay by Director Christof Mauch Featured in New Book by Orion Magazine

Book entitled "Thirty-Year Plan"

09.08.2012

"Name one thing we will increasingly need over the next thirty years if humans are going to find a way to live happily, sustainably, redeemably on earth."

Orion Magazine asked thirty writers and thinkers to answer this question for their new, forward-looking book Thirty-Year Plan, and the RCC is delighted they asked one of our directors, Christof Mauch, to contribute.

In his essay, Mauch explains the important role history can play in finding solutions to today's environmental problems. He says, "History can give us a glimpse of what might happen, or what will happen if we repeat past mistakes, and it can remind us of our power to change the world for the better."
