Arielle Helmick Completes Her Dissertation

Project Manager Arielle Helmick completed her PhD in American cultural history with the defense of her dissertation, “The Greening of American Music: Environmentalism in Song,” on July 7, 2011. Committee members included RCC Director Christof Mauch and Project Director Uwe Lübken, as well as Kerstin Schmidt, an associate professor from the American Literature department.
