Seed Funding for “Intimate Energies in Domestic Spaces” Project

29.09.2022

RCC research fellow Katie Ritson, working together with former Carson Fellow Ruth Sandwell (University of Toronto) and Abigail Harrison Moore (University of Leeds), has had the project “Intimate Energies in Domestic Spaces” accepted for inclusion in the Intersecting Energy Cultures Working Group at the Penn Program in Environmental Humanities (PPEH). The funding will allow the team to conduct educational outreach workshops with the project partner Leeds University Library Special Collections, using guidebooks, recipe-books, novels, and the material culture of the home to explore the theme of past and future energy transitions.
