Martin Saxer and the ERC Funded FORAGING Project to Join the RCC

Foraging at the Edge of Capitalism

28.01.2021

Martin Saxer's new ERC project "Foraging at the Edge of Capitalism" (FORAGING) aims to systematically investigate the phenomenon of foraging, with the aim of developing a broader theoretical understanding of systems of foraging and their environmental implications. In the context of climate change and widespread biodiversity loss, the study intends to develop a "political ecology of foraging in the Anthropocene." The project will run for five years and will bring Martin, one post-doc, and three PhD positions to the RCC.
