Alumna Awarded ARC Future Fellowship
Andrea Gaynor has been awarded the fellowship to produce an environmental history of urban nature in Australia

Congratulations to former RCC Fellow Andrea Gaynor, who has been awarded a Future Fellowship by the Australian Research Council. The fellowship will go for the next four years, and supports a project that "aims to understand relationships between people and nature in modern cities through their history" in Australia. The project will also, "by providing insights into the drivers of urban residents' everyday relationships with nature from 1880-2020 and engaging the public through historical narratives... inform current urban greening, conservation and restoration projects and policy."
