Alumna Daisy Onyige Receives Prestigious Africa Science Leadership Program (ASLP) Fellowship

Former RCC fellow, Dr. Chioma Daisy Onyige, has been selected as one of twenty-two outstanding scientists to receive a fellowship position on the Africa Science Leadership Program (ASLP).
The ASLP was co-developed by the Global Young Academy (GYA) and the University of Pretoria, and supports talented researchers from all over Africa in undertaking collaborative and interdisciplinary projects at an international level. Covering a wide variety of disciplines from applied science to the humanities, the program bridges the gap between developed and developing countries and is already establishing a strong network and focal point for scientific academia, mentoring and leadership across the continent.
