Dan Philippon, Carson Fellow 2011-12, is currently a Fulbright Lecturer at the University of Turin and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Bra. As part of his fellowship, he has given Fulbright Lectures in Lyon, Pollenzo, Milan, and Turin. While at the University of Turin, Philippon is offering courses in ecocriticism, environmental literature as well as two courses in food writing at the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
