Reinhold Leinfelder Presents His Research

Speaking Engagements in Berlin and Linz, Austria

22.02.2012

Carson Fellow Reinhold Leinfelder gave two talks on his RCC research project, ‘The Anthropocene,’ in late 2011 and 2012. In October 2011, Leinfelder spoke on the major social and political transformations needed in order to prepare for a sustainable Anthropocene era at the annual meeting of the ‘Bund Ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft e.V. (BÖLW)’—the association for ecological farming and food practices in Berlin.

In February 2012, Leinfelder gave the ceremonial address at ‘Darwin Day’ in Linz, Austria. His lecture looked at the progression from Darwin’s evolutionary theory to the current discussions on biodiversity and Anthropocene research.
