Patrick Kupper Announces New Projects
Environmental History Summer School and New Research Project

Together with Marcus Hall, Patrick Kupper will be organizing an environmental history summer school for August 2013. The summer school will take place in the Engadine, Switzerland shortly before the ESEh 2013 conference.
In addition, Kupper has started a new collaborative research project on the history of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Together with Anna-Katharina Wöbse (editor), Ute Hasenöhrl, Georg Stöger, Ortrun Veichtlbauer, and Ronald Würflinger, Kupper will be placing the Hohe Tauern National Park in the global context of conservation efforts in the twentieth century, documenting developments that are either specific to Hohe Tauern or follow trends in other national parks around the world. The results will be published in September 2013.
