Sustainability is an umbrella term which incorporates long-term planning, morally-responsible actions, and future-oriented innovations with regards to all aspects of human interactions on the planet. From June 4-6, 2012, the conference Rio+20 will take place in Brazil; this lecture series aims to promote awareness and interest in various facets of sustainability—a key theme of Rio+20.
This event is free and open to the public. However, please note that the lecture will be held in German.
Vorlesungsreihe Nachhaltigkeit: Hoffnung, Wandlung und HandlungGefördert vom RCC und den Münchner Hochschulen
Nachhaltigkeit ist ein Dachbegriff, in dem sich langfristiges Denken, wertebasiertes Handeln und zukunftsfähige Innovationen für alle Bereiche menschlichen Handelns integrieren. Vom 4. - 6.Juni 2012 findet in Brasilien die Konferenz Rio+20 statt. Mit dieser Vorlesungsreihe der Münchner Hochschulen soll die Aufmerksamkeit für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit verstärkt werden - ein Schlüsselthema bei Rio+20.
Die Veranstaltung ist öffentlich und wird auf deutsch gehalten werden.
