Jeffrey Hou (University of Washington) will present on "Urban Gardening as Insurgent Placemaking." An Associate Professor of landscape architechture, Hou’s research, teaching, and practice focus on engaging marginalized communities and citizens through community design, design activism, and cross-cultural learning.

All lectures in our Special Lecture Series on Environmental Ethics, Politics, and Movements are free and open to the public.
