Teja Šosterič completed a BA in interlingual communication at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and an MA in anglophone literatures and cultures at Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic. She is a doctoral candidate at the Rachel Carson Center, researching how neoliberal ideology shapes both the content and form of contemporary literary works that engage with the ecological crisis and its material reality. Her aim is to use literary fiction to gain insight into the ideological causes of the current crisis, as well as the potential future responses in terms of political and social action.
In July 2022, she joined the Editorial and Communications team at the RCC as an editor.
