Film Screening + Discussion: Banglavenezia

The film explores the relationship between a group of migrants from Bangladesh and the city of Venice—two worlds that could not be more different. And yet, there is a connecting element: water, whose cyclical recurrence determines the rhythm of the film and forms a bridge between these different worlds.

A discussion with Christof Mauch (Rachel Carson Center) will follow the screening.

The original version of the film will be shown with English subtitles. The discussion will be held in German.
