On March 20th, the Vice Premier of the People's Republic of China, Ma Kai, visited the Deutsches Museum. RCC Director Helmuth Trischler guided him through the "Welcome to the Anthropocene" exhibition with Deutsches Museum Director General Wolfgang M. Heckl.

Ma, the main architect of China's new vision to become an "Ecological Civilization," showed a deep interest in the exhibition, particularly in the display on urbanisation in China and the satellite images revealing human impact on the Earth. A graduate of Remnin University in Political Economics, Ma was also very pleased to hear about the RCC's collaboration with Renmin University.

A few weeks earlier on 6 February, Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development Gerd Müller also visited the exhibition to publicly launch his new Charter for the Future "One World—Our Responsibility."

Müller proclaimed the exhibition a "must-see."
