Special Issue of Global Environment by Rachel Carson Center

The Rachel Carson Center is pleased to announce that the 2012/9 special issue of Global Environment: A Journal of History and Natural and Social Sciences is now available in print and in PDF format.
This special issue, edited by Uwe Lübken of the RCC, focuses on environmental change
and migration in history. The collection contains research articles from Giacomo Parrinello, Vipul Singh, David Soll, Annelies Zoomers, Lawrence Culver, and Kevin C. Browne. It also includes an interview with Anthony Oliver-Smith, professor emeritus of anthropology at the University of Florida, on the topics of displacement, migration, and environmental change.
