Dr. Müller is a sociologist who has done research on postmaterial lifestyles and on sustainable concepts of prosperity. She has published books on urban spaces, urban gardening, and postcapitalist practices.
Anstiftung is a foundation that carries out research into commons and do-it-yourself-cultures, it supports a wide variety of civil society-based innovative activities such as community gardens, intercultural gardens and open workshops on crafting and fabbing, as well as repair cafés, and artistic interventions at reviving neighborhoods. They also sponsor exhibitions and various publications.
